  1. This archive contains Klondike 3.1. The following files should be

  11. Klondike 3.1 is a shareware program, and can be freely distributed provided
  12. that
  13.  
  14.   (a) all files listed above are included on the disk/archive, 
  15.   (b) the program is distributed as the original, un-modified self-extracting
  16.       KLONDK31.EXE file, and 
  17.   (c) no fee (other than a disk duplication fee of no more than $10) is 
  18.       charged for it.

  20. If you operate a BBS that does not allow self-extracting archives, you are
  21. allowed to create an .ARC, ZIP, LZH, or other archive, provided that ALL 
  22. files listed above are included, un-modified, and that the resulting archive
  23. is named KLONDK31.*.

  25. You are granted a license to try Klondike for a period of 21 days. If you
  26. continue to use Klondike after the trial period is over, you must register
  27. by sending the enclosed registration form and a $15 + $5 (shipping and
  28. handling) check to

  35. DOS prompt.

  37. If you got Klondike 3.1 from CompuServe, please rename the file KLDK31.EXE
  38. to KLONDK31.EXE before distributing it.
